All of our team have wide experience in quality management and quality systems with regular internal and external audits.

As leading flow computer manufacturers, Ex~i Flow Measurement has approvals from BSI and Nmi.

Our quality management approval by BSI to ISO9001: 2015 covers all areas of the company’s flow computer manufacturing operation, specifically the fields of product development and product manufacture.

Specific reporting methods and documentation have been jointly developed with certain clients to supply them with the necessary reports and quality assurance documentation to cover the flow computer products [instead of goods] and services supplied.

Customer feedback and satisfaction forms a part of our flow computer manufacturers quality system and is monitored by management through regular contact with customers on both a commercial and technical level which are documented as part of the quality system.

A register of approved sub-contractors and sub-suppliers is kept, together with all contact details and approvals that they hold. This register records their performance levels and any audits that are undertaken.

Key performance indicators for all aspects of the quality management system, including customer feedback, staff training, results of internal and external audits and reviews, are continuously evaluated by company management. The results are used to identify areas for improvements to the overall quality of the products and services offered by Ex~i Flow Measurement.
